Please God, if you do one thing for me this year, make this stop. I’ve had to put up with a lot of let downs, disappointments and just plain old garbage. It seems like Hollywood is just out to trample on my childhood, spit in my eye and collect the checks from the people that don’t know any better. Please, make it stop.

Freddy Krueger is an institution. There is nothing to change, there is no more story to tell.

I’m not dead. At least not in the literal sense. I have been dead to the world for the last few weeks though.

This has been one of the busiest seasons for me, EVER, I’ve got work coming from everywhere. Which is a good thing and a bad thing.

I haven’t had much time as I’d like to update here, so often times it looks like I died. Don’t worry though, I haven’t (or do worry if you don’t like me, either way). I’ll hopefully be updating the portfolio with some of the new things I’ve been working on, some if it I can’t. You understand, right?

Oh, I did take some time out to learn some valuable lessons, which I will now share with you.

• 1. 103.6 fever is not normal.
• 2. Ghostbusters 2 is not as good as Ghostbusters. Period.
• 3. Always take a 50% deposit up front.
• 4. Don’t do business with friends.
• 5. Enjoy yourself.

So, there you have it. I’ve been busy, I pray that you have been too.

M.O.P deserves better. Why haven’t Lil Fame and Billy Danze attained the same level of fame and notoriety than all of our other favorite (read: marketable) artists. I don’t really care if they have never made a “radio” single, in a perfect world, all of their songs would be on the radio. 107 MASH OUT.

I came to know about M.O.P the same way all of you probably did. Ante Up. By that time they were already 4 albums in and still beasting. On September 15 they are releasing their 9th album. Quit being an asshole and buy an M.O.P album. You deserve it and so do they.

Residing in California Armo’s work is a collaboration of 
typographic elements and exploration with graffiti structure 
and form. By looking at graffiti and typography by studying their 
visual commonalities as lettering, much can be discovered 
and revealed. As graffiti matures and diversifies, more and 
more of it’s aesthetics filters into graphic design, and it has 
gained acceptance in popular culture at large.

Now comfortably accepted as a contemporary mode of 
communication. While graffiti has appeal due to its illegality and 
excitement, as typography is omnipresent in today’s PC-based 
information society. Armo is striving to blur the line between typography 
and graffiti striving to find relationships between the forms of
 communication.
